Thank you to all of you, with a special mention to Noemie who has been on the case for over 2 years. I appreciated our collaboration, and you have shown that you know how to be responsive and support us even in problematic situations like the one we encountered with the catamaran.

I haven’t done a client debrief yet, but as soon as it’s done, I will give you feedback. On my side, here are a few comments:
HOTEL: Ideally located, it’s great. Perfect breakfasts. The « event » team downstairs is excellent, but they are less flexible at the reception.
CATAMARAN: As discussed, the food on the boat was very simple, but the staff was truly TOP.
TAPAS TOUR: I wasn’t there, but the initial feedback seemed good.

Regarding the organization of the trip, everything was great, from the activities to the coordination and the staff! The only minor drawback was the catamaran day: there were no Seabobs available, and it’s a shame we couldn’t swim in the sea due to the waves. Overall, all the participants were more than satisfied with the seminar, they enjoyed the activities, and we can consider it a success because even the grumpiest person didn’t complain once!

The services, their sequence, the flexibility (need to reschedule the first activity due to flight delay), the quality and especially the quantity of meals served, the hospitality and friendliness of the local providers, everything was really great. Moreover, we found a hotel right in the center of Madrid (very close to the Opera), which made our access to various activities extremely convenient…
The format was exactly what I wanted, for sure, we will stay in touch…
Furthermore, I discovered a fantastic city that I didn’t know before, to the point that I want to return there personally as soon as possible…
